Sap & Spore Apothecary

The apothecary is the tangible side of my healing work, a place where earth, energy, and intention meet. It holds the things I gather, grow, create, and work with myself: botanicals, natural skincare, ritual tools, protective pieces, and small offerings made to support the practices we carry into everyday life.

I believe the way something is grown and gathered matters just as much as what it becomes. Wood is collected from local, sustainable sources where trees have been lovingly removed. The botanicals are grown in small gardens with honor, blessing, and respect for the land. All formulations are handmade in small batches, infused with intention, and created with love in my heart.

Whether it is a ritual tool or a freshly brewed tea, these offerings are companions for the energy and well-being of the soul. Each magical tool is created in the highest frequency with the intention of connection, protection, and balance with the highest good. My tools will not work for harmful or dark ritual work.

A cup of herbs can become the quiet moment that settles the mind. A botanical oil can turn ordinary skincare into an act of tending the body and practicing self-love. A piece of wood, stone, or protective jewelry can become an anchor for intention, grounding, or energetic boundaries. Ritual tools can help give physical form to something we are trying to remember, release, strengthen, or call back into ourselves.

For me, healing does not end when a session is over. It lives in the small practices we return to, the way we care for our bodies, the spaces we create around ourselves, and the relationship we build with the natural and unseen world.
